Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well! Today I'm sharing my first impressions on a few different samples, from skincare to hair care.
Essenial Face Wipes* // Ursa Major
I'm not a massive fan of wipes, as I prefer a thorough cleanse. But these are handy for touch ups and before a hot yoga or gym session.
These particular ones were more fragrant than I expected, but I didn't notice any irritation whatsoever. They easily removed my makeup, from mascara to foundation. They also didn't leave my skin feeling really tight or dry either, and that's really important for me.
I do wish they had a bigger size pack instead of individually wrapping each wipe because it's so wasteful!
Organic Cellular Repair Mask // Dr. Alkaitis
This super bright, berry infused mask was a real treat. It's made mostly of fruit with just a touch of oats. I woke up with brighter, clearer skin that really benefited from the mega dose of antioxidants.
100% Organic Argan Oil // Kahina
I love argan oil so I was excited to try this one. It's a pretty popular option within the green beauty community, and for good reason. It left my skin super glowy and radiant, and it easily hydrated and nourished my skin!
Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream / 100% Pure
I've been using this eye cream for years so I have way more than a first impression for you. This is a very nourishing, hydrating cream that's easy to apply. It smells amazing, and it makes concealer application so much smoother.
Honey & Virgin Coconut Shampoo // 100% Pure
There wasn't a lot in this tiny sample, so it didn't even cover all of my hair. I didn't see a difference compared to my usual Acure Organics shampoo, but that may be because there just wasn't enough sample. If you've used this, comment below with your thoughts!
Organic Recover Hand and Body Wash // Soapwalla
My skin is pretty dry, especially my hands, so finding a hydrating hand soap is difficult. Unfortunately, this left my hands feeling a little too squeaky clean. Maybe if you have normal to oilier skin it will work better for you.
Stellar Shave Cream* // Ursa Major
This is a very thick shave cream that left my skin super hydrated.
Lipstick in Femme Fatale // Ilia
I've swatched and reviewed this on Instagram, so give that a look! This is a very deep, bold red that's absolutely gorgeous. This was the first Ilia lipstick I tried but it was very hydrating compared to the other brands I've used.
I hope you like these kinds of posts, I thought it would be a great way to try some different products, get a first impression, and share them with you! Let me know your thoughts!
