Spring is the time of year that my skin gets the most difficult. I've got dry and sensitive skin that gets confused with the change of the seasons.
So I like to focus on taking care of myself and my skin, and that means focusing on nourishing, hydrating skin care products.

Facial Cleansing Oil // Leaves of Trees
This cleansing oil is gentle, it easily removes my makeup, and it's very nourishing. I love the oils, including argan, rosehip, lavender, and blue tansy. They work together to give me a bright, clear, glowing complexion.
The beauty of this cleanser is that it offers the benefits of an entire skincare routine in one product. So I'll use this two to three times a week. Otherwise, I'll use the Andalou Naturals Apricot Probiotic Cleansing Milk, and follow up with the products below.
Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Face Mist // Herbivore Botanicals
This toner is perfect for sensitive, dehydrated skin. Rose and coconut water work together to give your skin a little nourishing boost. Plus the simple glass packaging is perfectly eco friendly.
Dark Spot Remover // 100% Pure
I recently wrote a post about disappointing products, and this was one of them. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin at all, and I have a lot of dark spots from years of acne. But it's not irritating, so I plan on finishing it up.
Frankincense Argan Oil // Leaves of Trees
Leaves of Trees is a brand here in Toronto. They create lovely, unique skincare products sourced from high quality ingredients.
This argan oil is made in Morocco by a women's co-op, where they source the local argan tree nut to extract the oil. It's then infused with frankincense oil, giving this already super oil another added anti aging bonus.
The quality is unbeatable, as this truly nourishes my skin from the inside out. I plan on trying the other argan oils they offer.
Coffee Cherry Cream // 100% Pure
We all know I adore coffee and I'll often use it in DIY recipes. This is a wonderful moisturizer that instantly hydrates my skin. With ingredients like hyaluronic acid, coffee, tea, and other nutrients, it's hard to go wrong.
Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream // 100% Pure
This is really similar to their Coffee Cherry Cream, as it's infused with coffee, it's very hydrating, and they both smell like cookies. This is a year round staple for me that I can't go without.
Until next time,
