It's the end of the month, and that means it's time for my March beauty favourites.
This was a weird month; it went by very fast but kind of slow at the same time, the weather is getting warmer, but it's still chilly, and my skin even had a freak out period. But it's calmed down, and I've got a few solid products to thank.
Ultra Hyaluronic Hydrating Serum// MyChelle Dermaceuticals
I talked about this last month, but I think I loved this product even more during March. I ran out of my favourite moisture balm, and the weather is changing, so my skin has been a bit icky - sensitive, red, dry, and just not happy. This product has helped calm the redness and keep my skin a bit more hydrated.
Lavender Hand Cream // Andalou Naturals
This hand cream was the first natural one I tried, and I didn't love it or hate it.
That was a year ago, and I'm not sure if Andalou Naturals has reformulated it, but it is so much better. I love this so much, I'd say it's my new favourite hand cream.
This is incredibly hydrating, but sinks in quickly. And it doesn't leave my hands feeling greasy. The best part - way more affordable than other natural hand creams.
Organic Acai Berry Antioxidant Face Cream // 100% Pure
I ran out of my favourite face cream, so I had to pick up another one. I was going to reorder the original, but I found this at a health shop, and decided to give it a try. This is not as intense as I was hoping, but a few pumps does the job, and it is noticeably more hydrating than most creams. This also sinks in pretty quickly, but gives me lasting hydration throughout the day.
Activate Face Mask // Herbivore Botanicals
I talked about this in my review of three Herbivore Botanicals face masks, and this is one of my favourite. This really pulls everything up to the surface, clarifying my skin without being harsh. Plus, the removal process is easy, so the whole process takes less than fifteen minutes.
Fruit Pigemented Brightening Concealer in Creme // 100% Pure
I've been using this for almost a whole year. While this isn't the best concealer during the winter, because it creases, it is a dream in the spring/summer. No creases, just fruit pigmented coverage that matches my skin well, blends easily, and has lasting power. An essential for the natural beauty lover.
Organic Coffee Bean Caffeine Eye Cream // 100% Pure
I've never been much of an eye cream fan, despite having dark circles.
But I've been using this for a few months, and while my circles aren't dramatically different, using this under concealer is the best thing I've done. Concealer goes on so much smoother and lasts much longer without creasing. At an affordable price for a tube that has already lasted me months, I dare to say this is an essential.
