I've recently changed my beauty routine around, and I've started doing makeup again. So I've discovered a lot of old favourites and I'm happy to share them with you!
Lime Blossom Hand Cream // Andalou Naturals
My hands have been ridiculously dry, and I think it has to do with working more and doing lots of dishes at home.
I've actually emptied three hand creams in the last week, so I only have a few left. But I've been reaching for this one the most, because of the light and summery scent.
t reminds me of the cool lime refresher drink we have at work, and it does the job by softening my hands quickly without leaving them feeling greasy or oily.
Soothing Aloe Vera Deodorant Stick // JASON
After my last deodorant left me with some serious irritation, I was a bit choosier for the next product. I also wanted something mildly scented so it doesn't clash with my perfume.
I really love this one. The scent isn't over powering, but it is there. It smells clean and fresh, and the aloe helps to hydrate my under arm area.
It's calming and soothing and I think it works really well, even during long, stressful work shifts. I will say, I need to reapply after the gym, but I think I do that with every deodorant.
Fruit Pigmented Tinted Moisturizer // 100 Percent Pure
I forgot how much I love this! I love this tinted moisturizer because it offers light to medium coverage that is buildable, it's hydrating and has sun protection.
I also find this to be a much better formula than all of the BB creams I've tried - it's like a second layer of skin, not like a thick foundation that isn't supposed to be a foundation.
If you're not keen on BB or CC creams, but don't want to wear foundation, I highly recommend Tinted Moisturizers in general, but this one specifically.
Studio Blush in Mellow Mauve // e.l.f
When I'm sick I really need some colour in my cheeks, and this is always my go to blush. It's not too pink, but it's not too dark so it really works well in all seasons. It adds just a bit of colour, but it is long lasting, even through long days.
Coquette Lip Glaze // 100 Percent Pure
I love a little lip colour, which is such a change as I never used to wear any. I've been enjoying this one a lot this month. It adds a pop of colour that isn't too much for a casual day out.
I do recommend using a lip balm before application because this is not overwhelmingly hydrating, but I still really love having a natural lip product.
Organic Mint Lip Balm // 100 Percent Pure
With a cold comes dry lips, and this came to my rescue.
Most of my lip balms are in a tub, so I love being able to use a tube and spare my fingers the sticky balm.
The mint is so refreshing, which is very welcome during a cold, and it hydrates my lips instantly.
