I'm very excited to share all of these lifestyle favourites with you. It also gives you a major hint into my lifestyle and priorities. There's tea, a planner, a magazine, and a candle. I'm such a home body.
Kiwi's Big Adventure - Green Tea // David's Tea
This tea is very special to my heart. It was the first David's Tea I'd ever tried, but more importantly, it was a gift from my partner early in our relationship. Unfortunately it is being discontinued, so it isn't on their website any more. If you're lucky, you may be able to find it in store.
With that background said, this is my favourite green tea. I've been trying to drink more tea, especially since the temperature dropped. This is a perfect green tea with a light citrusy flavour that's perfect all year long.
2016 Daily Simplified Planner - Gold Pineapple // Emily Ley
I adore the Simplfied Planner. It's so well designed, not to mention completely gorgeous. I love the new changes, with a slightly different layout, and the better binding.
This planner has been the key to helping me plan my days better. I'm able to see what events I have going on, from school to work. I can also see my to do list, and the combination of the two gives me a great outlook for the day ahead. I love the sections for notes and meal planning so I can record what I ate and a bit about my day.
The Simplified Planner combines planning, meal planning, and journaling all in one beautiful package.
The Design Issue // Kinfolk
I love Kinfolk. It's my favourite magazine. I love the clean images, the beautiful articles, and the dedication to slow living. It was very influential for me in 2015, when I started to embrace slow living.
Their most recent issue, The Design Issue, was no exception. I adored hearing about how design can build and shape communities. I loved the pieces on different kinds of designers, and their thoughts on the relationship between design and our communities. It was a great issue and I can't wait for the next!
Coconut Wax Candle in Original // Woodlot
This was in my very first Woodlot order. I actually overlooked it a bit, because I was so in love with the Flora scent. But I've had this going in my bedroom for a while, and every night it blows my mind.
It smells so amazingly natural and earthy, I don't even know that I can accurately describe it. It reminds me of the mountains, with a fresh scent that's got a forest vibe. There's notes of pine and cedar, maple and eucalyptus. It's a unique scent that's just perfect.
How did your first month of 2016 go? Did you have any new lifestyle favourites?
Until next time,
