I've been working on simplifying my beauty routine, so the last few empties posts have been huge! But I'm working on using everything in my stash before buying new products. It's helped me save space by getting a smaller storage system and it's also helped to calm my mind when it comes to beauty blogging.
Fantastic Face Wash* // Ursa Major
I really liked this cleanser because it was light, foamy, gentle, but really effective. I loved that it removed dead skin cells gently while also removing my makeup. I would repurchase.
Cup O' Coffee // Lush
I love coffee so I try to incorporate it into my beauty routine. I actually really loved this mask. I always used it at night and woke up the next day to soft, glowy skin that wasn't red or irritated.
But I won't be repurchasing as I'm trying to stop supporting Lush since they use so many parabens and other chemicals like SLS.
Kombucha Enzyme Exfoliating Peel // Andalou Naturals
My sensitive skin loved this! Andalou's masks are all great for sensitive skin, as they're all very gentle, but this was perfect. Without any tugging or pulling at my skin, I was able to gently exfoliate my skin, leaving it soft and glowy every time. I will repurchase.
Brighten Face Mask // Herbivore Botanicals (Not Available)
This mask was perfect for giving my skin a bright, glowy look. It's very gentle and harnesses the power of natural clay to renew your skin.
Unfortunately, this has been discontinued, but Herbivore has come out with a new and improved version.
Coffee Cherry Sun Damage Corrective Cream // 100% Pure (Discontinued)
This has also been discontinued, but I'm not sure why. I loved it, I felt it was very nourishing and it helped to hydrate and repair my skin.
Argan Oil // Leaves of Trees
Argan oil is my skin's best friend. It's great for extra hydration, but also for healing and repairing your skin. This was no exception, and I think Leaves of Trees is my new favourite argan oil brand. I'll definitely repurchase.
Hello Sugah Body Scrub // Koya Naturals
This is a body scrub, but I used it every week for my DIY manicures and pedicures. It's incredibly softening so you don't even need a moisturizer. I'll repurchase for sure!
Butter Up! Body Butter // Koya Naturals
This was so lovely to use. While I'm obsessed with the Andalou lotions (see below) I've been trying to branch out. I loved this light, whipped texture that still hydrated my skin really well. I'd totally repurchase if it came in a bigger size, because I went through this so quickly!
Clementine Ginger Energizing Body Lotion // Andalou Naturals
This is my all time favourite lotion. I'm really picky when it comes to lotions. Some are too watery, some too thick, some smell weird, or have a weird texture. But this one is perfect, and I always go back to it. I'll repurchase asap.
Fair Trade Shea Butter - Unscented // Everyday Shea
Shea butter is incredibly hydrating and nourishing, so it's great for my dry skin. But lately I've found it's almost too hydrating, as it's just a bit much for my skin. So after years of using Shea butter, I won't be repurchasing.
Warm Vanilla Shea Cream // Tickled Pink
This was gifted from a friend, but I'm not sure where she got it. I absolutely loved using it as a body cream. The light, sweet scent was a refreshing change from my usual go tos. The whipped texture was also really great and I found this gave my skin the perfect amount of hydration. I'd repurchase if I could find it online!
Daily Care Toothpowder in Original Mint // EcoDent
In an effort to reduce waste and save space in the bathroom, I've been going for these tooth powders instead of the conventional paste. They last forever, as you only need a little bit. They're also really tiny so they easily fit in our small bathroom.
They also work really well, leaving my mouth feeling clean and fresh. I've already repurchased.
What do you think about all of these empties?
