I hope you're all well and I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season!
December is just about over so today I'm sharing my December beauty favourites. We're talking mostly skin care with some old favourites thrown in.
Brightening Facial Scrub // Acure Organics
While I've had this product for a while, I've only just started to love it.
It's a solid scrub that offers gentle but effective exfoliation. It's also got this super brightening effect that's wonderful for this time of year.
I also like the packaging because the tube makes it a great travel option, instead of a tub or jar.
Willow Bark Pure Pore Serum // Andalou Naturals
I've wanted to try all of the Andalou serums for a while so I could do a post comparing them. I was a little nervous about this one because while I do have problematic skin, I have dry skin. I was really nervous that this would dry out my skin, but so far so good!
Instead of drying my skin, this serum has worked to give my skin a gentle clarifying touch. The willow bark and salicylic acid work together to clarify skin and get rid of acne causing bacteria.
I haven't seen a dramatic decrease in pore size, but the pores on my nose look a little smaller. Im really glad I gave this a go because my face is a bit more clear without any dryness!
Fruit Stem Cell Revitalize Serum // Andalou Naturals
This fruity, delicious smelling serum has instantly become a favourite. The smooth textured serum sinks right into my skin, giving me super soft and hydrated skin.
There's fruit stem cells, a berry complex, and Resveratrol Q10 that all work together to nourish and repair your skin from the inside out! I can't believe it took me this long to try it but it's becoming one of my all time favourite serums.
Intensive Nourish Moisture Balm // 100% Pure
I included this in my November favourites too, but it's so perfect I had to include it in this month's faves as well. With lots of high quality, nourishing, plant based butters and oils, it's the one cream that takes care of my dry Winter skin.
Dry Shampoo // Acure Organics
I ran out last month and now that I'm back in the States I'm reunited with my favourite dry shampoo!
It's actually the only one that properly works. Plus it gives my hair lots of volume and texture, making it the only styling product I'll ever need.
What were your December beauty favourites?
Until next time,
